Village of Brown Deer and Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Invite You to the Official Ribbon Cutting on May 20th
Ten Mile Park is the Village’s newest recreation space located along the Oak Leaf Trail at 4429 W. River Lane. Over 150 years ago the site was home to the Ten Mile Post Office, so named since it was located approximately 10 miles from downtown Milwaukee. A ribbon cutting for the new park will be held on May 20th at 4 PM by North Shore Chamber of Commerce with speakers from Senator Gwen Moore’s Office, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), and Village President Wanda Montgomery. We invite all residents, businesses, and media to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony and be a part of this historic moment.
