Après Ski goes global at Ray’s Mequon. On January 28th, join us for a special edition of Après Ray’s—a cocktail class inspired by famous ski resorts and legendary mountain lodges from around the world.
This guided tasting will explore classic and well-known Après Ski cocktails associated with iconic ski destinations, from Alpine staples to North American lodge favorites. Each cocktail reflects the spirit of gathering after a day on the slopes: bold flavors, warming builds, and drinks designed to be enjoyed fireside with friends.
We’re partnering with Brown-Formanp;for this class and will be featuring standout spirits from their portfolio, including Woodford Reserve, Diplomático Rum, and Fords Gin, showcased across four curated cocktails. Along the way, you’ll learn the stories behind these drinks, the resorts that made them famous, and how spirit choice shapes classic Après Ski style.
