This is gemütlichkeit! Das Fest Wisconsin is a German American festival held at Milwaukee’s original Oktoberfest grounds, the iconic Bavarian Bierhaus. The 3-day event lines up over a dozen bands across three stages including The Alex Meixner band, Red Hot Chili Pipers, Alte Kameraden Band and more, German food and beer, shops, stein hoisting competitions, family activities and games, and over 300 Dachshunds and Corgis participating in the Little Leg Races. Don your dirndl and break out the lederhosen, “It’s Prosting Time”!

Entertainment and Activities
Das Fest Wisconsin features an outdoor covered fest hall for 2,000 guests, and acres of grounds for shops, games, food trucks, an additional outdoor stage, a biergarten, an onsite restaurant and brewery with a third stage, and so much more. Das Fest brings the best in entertainment including The Alex Meixner Band and The Red Hot Chilli Pipers. Plus, Das Fest will have 300 Dachshunds and Corgis sign up for the Little Leg Races.
Prosting for Charity
The German word “Prost!” means “Cheers!” Proceeds from Das Fest Wisconsin will support multiple charitable organizations. As we like to say, we’re “Prosting for Charity”!
Attendance
We anticipate a fantastic crowd and an attendance topping 22,000 over 3 days. Our bands and vendors come from beyond Wisconsin including Texas, Nebraska, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Scotland!
