Get Active! Days: Wisconsin Athletic Club North Shore

BAYSHORE presents Get Active! Days with Wisconsin Athletic Club North Shore. Join us in The Yard for FREE Pilates, yoga, yoga stretch, and conditioning & bodyweight strength classes! All levels are welcome, and water is recommended. In the event of poor weather, class will be canceled. Free structure or street parking is available. For yoga classes, please bring a mat.

Pilates with Valerie
Sundays: June 2, June 9, June 30, and July 14
Time: 9:00 – 9:45am

Description: Learn how to target your core muscles as you tone and sculpt your body. This classic Pilates mat class emphasizes precise body alignment, mental focus, and breath work for a refreshing mind/body workout resulting in improved posture, flexibility, and strength.

Yoga with Becca
Sundays: June 9, June 16, and July 14
Time: 3:00 – 3:45pm

Description: This ancient practice creates a strong and flexible body through a series of poses that enhance focus and calm the mind. This is a perfect complement to your existing fitness program or a great workout all on its own.

Yoga Stretch with Donna
Mondays: June – August
Time: 8:00 – 8:50am

Description: This all-levels class consists of long held postures that stretch deep into the muscles targeting the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, and low back. This practice will gently encourage students to stay in the stretch to experience mental focus.

Conditioning & Bodyweight Strength with Nicole
Mondays: June 17, July 15, and August 19
Time: 6:00 – 7:00pm

Description: Functional, body weight strength and conditioning training for all fitness levels. You don’t need weights to get in a good strength workout. Just bring yourself and see what your body can do for you!
