Charlene Gaebler-Uhing, MD: The Teenage Brain
Dr. Gaebler Uhing will review key social, emotional, physical, and brain development of teens and identiy how these changes are linked to the emergence of anxiety and depression. She will review strategies and resources for effective parenting of teens, the importance of healthy lifestyles, and stress management in the development of resiliency. In addition, Dr. Gaebler-Uhing will provide key indicators when professional care is indicated for teen anxiety and depression.
