Xtreme Raptor Day 2025

Our annual raptor festival engages and inspires visitors, while celebrating magnificent hunters of the sky!

This unique event is held throughout the grounds and offers unforgettable encounters! You will meet our resident raptors up close – including owls, hawks, falcons, and eagles. Learn about each species including their lifestyle habits and habitats. Stations throughout the Center will provide interactive and educational experiences for you and your guests. Learn about conservation, how to nurture and support birds around your own home, and enjoy bird-themed crafts and activities. Sign up day-of to have your picture taken with your favorite raptor! This special event supports our Raptor Program and the resident birds in our care.

Scheduled Activities:
Talon Quest Adventure Hike | 10:00am – 4:00pm
The main way to see our birds! Use your Xtreme Passport to follow clues to discover our raptors on the trails.
Eagle Meet & Greet with Valkyrie | 10:30am – 12:00pm
Photo with a Raptor Registration Required | 10:30am – 3:45pm

This event will take place indoors and outdoors, rain or shine.

Please note: On this day, the Center is only open for this event.

Adult: $18 per person | Youth (3-17): $15 per person | Children 2 & under are free – no ticket needed
