Spend Your Weekend Exploring Local Markets

One of the most beloved community traditions is the Whitefish Bay Farmers Market. This lively market features local farmers, makers, food vendors, live entertainment, and seasonal family-friendly activities throughout the summer season. Visitors can browse everything from farm-fresh vegetables and flowers to baked goods and artisan products while enjoying the welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.

The Whitefish Bay (WFB) Farmers Market returns on Saturday, June 6th! The market began in 2010 and has been a WFB tradition for many years. We have new hours and a new format this year. Shop our local farmers at our early market from 8-9am then the full market opens from 10-2pm. Enjoy live music, crafts, games, or just grab a bite to eat from one of our food trucks or hot food vendors. Every Saturday we offer fresh produce, meats and more, at great prices and locally grown. Enjoy homemade breads, pastries, cookies and more with a variety of bakers and makers every week. There is something for everyone at the WFB Farmers Markets.

WFB Farmer’s Markets have a few different types of Markets, all with unique flavor. Their Traditional Market is hosted on Saturdays June 6th – October 3rd from 10am-2pm. They also host a few Night Markets, June 27th, July 25th & August 29th from 5pm-9pm. Then they host Tasty Tuesdays on August 11th, September 8th, & September 22nd.

Over in Shorewood, the scenic setting of Shorewood Farmers’ Market at Estabrook Park makes it a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike. Nestled among the trees and along the Milwaukee River, this market combines fresh produce, prepared foods, local artisans, and community programming in one beautiful outdoor setting. For Saturday morning shoppers, the Fox Point Farmers Market offers a charming community gathering space filled with Wisconsin-grown produce, bakery items, meats, cheeses, flowers, honey, and more. Live music and rotating special events add to the festive atmosphere each week, making it easy to spend a leisurely morning exploring the market.
