What Is North Shore Works?
North Shore Works is a workforce development initiative that brings together local employers
and high school students through structured, meaningful engagement opportunities.
The program currently partners with Nicolet Union High School, with plans to expand to
additional schools across the North Shore region.
Through collaboration between education and industry, students gain exposure to real career
pathways, and employers gain early access to emerging talent.

This is a North Shore Chamber of Commerce Program that helps by connecting students to their future careers in 3 easy steps. By supports employers by creating a clear pathway to invest in their talent pipeline and engage in unique opportunities and gives students access to Career-Based Learning Experiences (CBLEs).
