The Cupcake Fun Run is a flat, easy 1-mile run/walk packed with sweet moments, smiling faces & plenty of community spirit. Whether you’re running, walking or cheering from the sidelines, this family-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities.
After crossing the finish line, celebrate your accomplishment with a delicious cupcake and stick around for fun activities, laughter & time with neighbors and friends. Best of all, every step supports our local schools, making this a feel-good event that’s equal parts fun, frosting & community.
This year’s event is shaping up to be our best yet with:
- Two food trucks from Tots on the Street & AppeThai
- An espresso & milkshake truck from Better Together Cafe
- The iconic Brewers Racing Sausages Brat & Hot Dog
- Our very funny teachers inflatable run
- And a bounce house from Elite that the kids always go wild for!

The Annual Impact of The Cupcake Fun Run Fundraiser
The Cupcake Fun Run is the PTO’s largest fundraiser annually, accounting for almost a quarter of our overall fundraising efforts for the year. Thanks for contributing to our annual efforts year over year!
- 1 out of every 4 dollars (~26%) of funds raised by the PTO for all of our activities comes from the Cupcake Run (aka it’s important that the event be successful!)
- Cupcake Run raises nearly $20k each year to support school activities
- Any remaining funds at year end are allocated to a special grant fund for teachers/staff to request funds for small(er) needs
