On August 20th, 2026, from 4:30pm to 6pm, you’re invited to our open house! Hosted by your North Shore Health Department in partnership with North Shore Fire/Rescue station 82. Come meet the faces behind a healthier, safer North Shore!
The open house includes:
Fire safety exercises and basic first aid demonstrations by firefighters from North Shore Fire/Rescue station 82. Meet the NSHD crew, learn about what we do, and tour our health department space as well as the fire station! Take home harm reduction resources and educational materials while supplies last. Light refreshments will be available.
You’re also welcome to stay for the Board of Health meeting starting at 6pm.
The North Shore Health Department and North Shore Fire/Rescue are community resources for you. Learn about the programs and services offered to people of the North Shore and spread the word to family, friends, and neighbors.
