The Sunday Sweat Experience is a high-energy, coach-led session built for anyone who has ever been curious about CrossFit but didn’t know where to start. Whether you’ve never set foot in a CrossFit gym or you’ve been training for years, this class meets you exactly where you are — every movement is coached, every workout is scaled, and no experience is required.
Expect real intensity, real coaching, and a room full of people who are all showing up for the same reason: to do something good for themselves. The vibe is electric, the coaches are hands-on, and the community makes it feel like anything but a first day.
Current members are welcome — but only if they bring a guest who is new to the gym. This session is designed to give first-timers the best possible introduction to what CrossFit actually feels like when it’s done right.
