This leadership program is dedicated to supporting and advancing leaders in their role. Dynamic Developments’ mission is “Developing versatile leaders and teams around the world.”
The workplace and our personal lives today can be characterized by constantly changing dynamics. They’ve become more behaviorally, educationally, and culturally diverse. Recognizing and developing the individual and team strengths this diversity offers is critical to individual effectiveness and organizational productivity. As a result, more versatile and responsive leadership and development of others is imperative for a successful future. This unique workshop will show you how.
Participants develop new leadership competencies to respect and value individual differences and developmental levels of employees and manage them appropriately. They learn to recognize the importance of individual initiative, responsibility, and contribution to achieving company goals and objectives.

Morning Mingles
Yes, you’ll be able to network in the morning on a monthly basis in a casual setting. MORNING MINGLES are hosted at any location including banks, gyms, retail stores, restaurants, art studios, etc. This fee-based event will be open to Chamber Members and Non-Chamber Members. This event is FREE for Chamber Members! (Non-members pay a higher rate to participate.) Enjoy a light Continental Breakfast in a variety of traditional and non-traditional venues from 7:30am to 10am.
Lunch & Learns
Join us (4X/year) for a two-hour “Lunch & Learn” Chamber Luncheon. Listen to an expert speaker while you network during the noon-hour. Lunch is provided. You’ll have the opportunity to announce your business to all the attendees. Enjoy time for networking at the end. This is a fee-based event. Again, Non-Members are welcome to attend at a higher admission rate.
Network @ Nights
Join us for NETWORK AT NIGHT, our quarterly after-hours (casual) networking event. Typically offered on the fourth Thursday of every month at a bar, brewery, or restaurant from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Attendees enjoy free appetizers and refreshments.
