The Gift of Critical Feedback : Feedback is a gift. In this workshop, leaders discuss and learn strategies for both delivering and receiving this gift. Tools including the “Experience Transformer” and “Situation Behavior Impact” will be delivered as disciplines to build the WB Holdings feedback culture. Leaders will also discuss how to embrace a mindset of saying “yes” to feedback and skills for receiving individual feedback.
